Inspection Fees Inspection fees will vary
depending on the type of structure inspected. As well as, the age, type of
structure, and location. Call for pricing. All inspection fees are paid at the
time of inspection. No exceptions. No inspection report will be issued until
payment is made.

Comprehensive Single
Family Home Inspection with Pictures:

This inspection will take approximately
two and a half to three and a half hours, possibly more depending on the size of the
property inspected. The Client will receive the standard printed report and labeled photos of
all defects. The inspection report will be compiled at the office and e mailed
to the Client or any authorized parties, the same day of the inspection. The
inspection report can be compiled onsite if needed, however, this may take an
additional one to two hours to complete.
This
inspection is also available for Townhomes, Villas, and Condominiums upon
request.

contractors. Scheduling must be done approximately two weeks prior to the
